The Marketing Manager will own and drive YourParts’ marketing strategy across both B2C and B2B segments, building brand awareness, generating demand, and supporting revenue growth across all channels. The role leads the full marketing mix — digital marketing, performance campaigns, content, branding, trade marketing, and offline activations — for the automotive spare parts market. Working closely with commercial and product teams, the Marketing Manager translates business objectives into measurable marketing plans that grow customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across consumers, service centers, and workshops.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget aligned with YourParts’ growth objectives across B2C and B2B segments
  • Digital & Performance Marketing: Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) to drive app/website traffic, customer acquisition, and ROI
  • Brand Management: Own brand identity, positioning, and messaging; ensure consistent application across all customer touchpoints
  • Content & Social Media: Lead the content calendar, social media presence, and community engagement to build awareness and loyalty
  • Trade & B2B Marketing: Develop programs supporting the acquisition and engagement of service centers, workshops, and trade partners (co-branding, POS materials, loyalty campaigns)
  • Campaign Management: Plan and deliver integrated campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and strategic initiatives
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and go-to-market decisions
  • Marketing Analytics: Define and track KPIs across all channels; report performance and optimize spend allocation based on data
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Select, brief, and manage external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors
  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and develop the marketing team across digital, content, and design functions
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional marketing certification (e.g., CIM, digital marketing diplomas) is a plus
  • Experience: 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Industry Background: Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, automotive, or fast-paced consumer businesses is strongly preferred
  • Digital Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), SEO/ASO, CRM, and marketing analytics tools
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Portfolio: Demonstrated track record of campaigns that delivered measurable business growth
