Job Summary You will support procurement and communication tasks by effectively using Taobao, communicating in Mandarin and English, and working flexible hours including weekends and weekdays. Responsibilities Use Taobao platform to source and manage product orders accurately and efficiently Communicate clearly in both Mandarin Chinese and English to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams Write and speak effectively to ensure smooth information flow and resolve queries promptly Maintain a positive and professional attitude to foster good working relationships Work scheduled shifts including weekends and two weekdays to meet operational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to use the Chinese version of Taobao for product sourcing and order management Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English to support communication needs Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and maintain good relationships
