• *Roles & Responsibilities* To support overall milling operations through the efficient handling, piling, and preparation of timber and lumber products. Responsibilities include:
• Piling timbers, dimensional lumber, and slabs safely and accurately.

*Shift*

• *Schedule:* Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM ? 4:30 PM (9-hour shifts)

*Pay & Compensation*

• *Base Rate:* $18.25 per hour
• *Overtime:* 1 hour of daily overtime guaranteed per standard shift (paid at 1.5x base rate for hours worked over 8 per day).
• *Production Bonus:* Opportunities to earn an additional $0.00 to $25.00 daily based on mill production targets.

*Reporting Structure* Reports directly to Mill Supervisors:

• *General Manager:* John Drew
• *Operations/Sales & Shipping Manager:* Allen Brown

*Requirements*

• Strong physical condition and the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic with a history of good attendance.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Performing daily cleanup of work areas and assisting with general mill maintenance.
• Sorting, grading, packaging, and tallying inventory as directed.
