Core Responsibilities Calling customers to confirm appointment dates, times, and details

Reviewing and updating customer and appointment details to ensure data accuracy and eligibility requirements

Communicating clearly about reschedules, cancellations, or changes

Updating and documenting call outcomes accurately in company systems and databases

Partnering with sales and scheduling teams to share updates with customers and finalize appointments, while keeping calendars accurate

Answering questions and resolving basic scheduling issues

Delivering a courteous, professional, and positive customer experience on every call

Basic Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

6+ months of experience in a call center, customer service, sales support, or similar customer-facing role

Preferred Qualifications Clear and professional phone communication

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation across multiple systems

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office tools

Good judgment and the ability to work independently

A positive, team-focused attitude

Work Schedule We're looking for candidates who can meet the following work schedule onsite at our Fulton, MD Headquarters:

3 days per week (M-F) from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm 1 day per week (M-F) from 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Saturday schedule from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
