Material Handler, Operations

Description:

Understand and comply with all warehouse safety, quality, and operating procedures at all times.

Perform and sustain 5S practices to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Carry out inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, and cycle count activities accurately and in a timely manner.

Conduct visual inspections on incoming and outgoing materials; promptly report any damage, discrepancy, or non-conformity.

Perform general warehousing duties including material handling, stocktaking, inventory accuracy, database updates, and documentation control.

Ensure all warehouse documentation (e.g. delivery notes, inventory records) is accurate and submitted on time.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory control).
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Able to perform manual handling, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if required.
• Forklift license is an advantage (training may be provided).
