Your Next Role We're looking for an Administration officer to join the team in a varied role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll review member information, assess refund eligibility and process requests accurately, ensuring every case is handled with care and attention to detail. Working across multiple systems, you'll play an important role in keeping records up to date and supporting a high standard of service for members. While the role is predominantly administration-focused, you'll also assist members with occasional phone enquiries. If you enjoy structured work, take pride in accuracy and are adaptable to changing priorities, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You'll Do

Reviewing member policies and information to identify discrepancies and required updates

Processing remediation payments and ensuring financial outcomes are accurate

Updating policy records and maintaining detailed documentation and audit trails

Investigating payment discrepancies and resolving issues in line with procedures

Using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to manage, analyse, and maintain accurate data

Responding to member enquiries regarding policy changes, payments, and outcomes

Working closely with Finance, Claims, and Member Services teams to deliver accurate outcomes

Ensuring all work is completed within compliance requirements and quality standards

What You'll Need

Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment

Confidence using multiple computer systems and Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks

Excellent written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn new systems

The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
