Property Manager

The Role Manage day-to-day relationships with landlords and tenants. Coordinate repairs and maintenance through to resolution. Liaise with contractors and other third parties. Carry out property inspections, inventories and check-outs. Conduct property viewings when required. Keep property and tenancy records accurate and up to date. Work closely with the wider lettings team. Deliver a consistently high level of customer service. About You We're looking for someone organised, personable and proactive who enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering a great service. Team fit is particularly important.
