Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML)

Responsibilities: Design, develop and deploy scalable software systems with a focus on AI and machine learning integration Lead and mentor a small team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment Participate in architectural decisions and ensure software qualify through code reviews, testing and best practices Create and train machine learning models or rule-based logic, analyze large datasets and develop solutions Review technical designs, codes or plans to ensure quality and compliance Contribute to project planning and technical decision making Perform troubleshooting and provide production support at customer site Requirements: Degree/Masters in Computer Engineering or related 5 years of engineering experience in relevant domain Experience with modern development tools, frameworks and methodologies Competencies: Experience with cloud platforms Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C/C++ or similar Proficiency in AI/ML tools and frameworks
