Key Requirements:

Extensive experience in Civil Tendering, Cost Estimation & Pricing for the Saudi market.

Strong experience in preparing BOQs, Technical & Financial Proposals, and managing the full tender lifecycle.

Proven ability to lead, guide, and review the work of a team of Civil Tender Engineers.

Strong understanding of KSA tendering requirements and pricing practices.

Location: Cairo, Egypt – VEC Hub

Role: Civil Tender Team Leade
