Product Operation Executive

Job Summary

Handle end-to-end product operations for mobile app, driving user engagement and product quality through feedback collection, testing, metric tracking, event support, team coordination, content compliance monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and enhance user experience
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate app functionality and ensure quality before release
• Track and report on core product metrics to measure app performance and user engagement
• Support the setup and execution of in-app events to boost user participation and retention
• Coordinate effectively with product and technology teams to align operations with development goals
• Monitor content compliance to uphold platform standards and regulatory requirements
• Compile detailed operation reports to communicate insights and progress to stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in app, user, or product operations
• Prior experience working with apps
• Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
