SENIOR FACILITIES EXECUTIVE – M&E / BUILDING SERVICES

Job Summary The Senior Facilities Executive manages daily operations, maintenance, and performance of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and building services in a government facility, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability while supervising contractors and responding to emergencies. Responsibilities Operate and maintain Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and building services to ensure continuous, safe, and compliant facility performance Supervise term contractors, specialist vendors, and technical personnel to deliver effective facilities management services Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergencies, and operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain building functionality Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve M&E system faults and optimize operational efficiency Serve as the key on-site representative for all M&E and building services matters, liaising with stakeholders to uphold service standards Preferred competencies and qualifications Electrical power engineering knowledge to support electrical operational responsibilities Possession of an appropriate electrical power diploma and relevant Singapore experience
