Personal data processed by Ultimum is stored and retained within the EU. In cases where Ultimum must store personal data outside the European Union, we ensure that the GDPR rules for international data transfer are complied with.

Ultimum makes every effort to take appropriate organisational and technical measures to secure your personal data against unlawful processing and/or loss. Ultimum employees who have access to personal data are bound by a confidentiality clause.

Processors

For our services, Ultimum must work with external parties that receive and process personal data on our behalf. Examples include providers of email solutions, cloud storage, and cybersecurity.
