Junior Consultant, Advisory

Support Programme Advisory and broader advisory work across transformative Transactions & Transformation (T&T) projects in Asia. The role involves helping multinational clients plan, structure, and execute complex infrastructure and real estate programmes across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Support programme advisory engagements across Asia, including portfolio strategy, workplace transformation, relocations, acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, and leasebacks.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, scenario modelling, and portfolio assessments.
- Translate client business requirements into practical transformation strategies.
- Coordinate inputs from clients, and internal teams.
- Prepare programme plans, market briefs, business cases, presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Track milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, lease events, transaction activity, and project deliverables.
- Support due diligence, lease and contract reviews, transaction structuring, and negotiation preparation.
- Contribute to proposals, tenders, account management, and business-development activities.
- Work across office, industrial, R&D, and other specialised real estate projects in Asian markets.
Candidate requirements
- Degree or master’s qualification in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Experience in real estate or infrastructure advisory, tenant representation, programme management, transactions, portfolio strategy, or consulting.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with familiarity with financial modelling and data analysis.
- Strong project-management, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Interest in transformation, corporate real estate, workplace strategy, and cross-border projects in Asia.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian or European languages are advantageous.
