Factory / Camp Boss – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery

Your tasks

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory / Camp Boss with a NEBOSH certificate and 3–5 years of UAE experience to oversee factory housekeeping, safety, maintenance coordination, labor accommodation, and employee welfare. The ideal candidate should have experience in an interior fit-out company, joinery factory, or manufacturing environment, with a good understanding of workplace safety, camp management, and UAE health and safety requirements.

Candidate Profile: Certification: NEBOSH certificate (mandatory) Experience: 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in factory administration, camp management, or facilities management Industry Background: Experience in interior fit-out, joinery manufacturing, woodworking, or construction (preferred) Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of factory housekeeping, fire safety, hazard identification, and employee welfare Experience managing labor accommodation and coordinating maintenance activities Skills: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage and supervise workers from diverse cultural backgrounds
