HR Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives. Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives where required. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, job advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Foster positive employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment. Coordinate the organization's performance management process. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies Lead training, development, and staff welfare programmes Handle disciplinary processes and conflict resolution Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of a BSC 6 Years of previous experience in a similar role
