Leader Production Engineering

1.Plan, control, monitor, and support Production Engineering activities, including introducing new products and product changes (New Model/PCR) into the production process. 2.Design, develop, and improve production processes, tooling, and production support equipment. 3.Prepare, review, and update work standard and quality documents, including WI, SD, Process Flow Chart, Process Layout, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and related documents. 4.Analyze, resolve, and prevent production problems and nonconforming products (NG) using appropriate quality tools and problem-solving techniques. 5.Plan and coordinate with internal and external parties, including customers and suppliers, and monitor project progress, production trials, and process changes. 6.Analyze and monitor production performance using indicators such as Productivity, Yield, Cycle Time, and Process Capability Index (Cpk), and propose improvement actions. 7.Supervise, coach, train, and develop subordinates and related personnel. 8.Support and comply with Quality and Environmental Management System requirements, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and related audits. 9.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications: เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 25ปีขึ้นไป ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 3 ปีหรือปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมการผลิต วิศวกรรมเคมี วิศวกรรมวัสดุ หรือสาขาวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการผลิต การทดลองผลิต (Trial) การควบคุมกระบวนการ และการเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการผลิต สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ พร้อมความสามารถในการกำกับดูแล ติดตามงาน และให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา สามารถใช้งาน Computer Ms.Office ได้
