ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Record and reconcile daily financial transactions. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and financial reports. Conduct bank and cash reconciliations. Monitor expenses and support budget management. Assist with payroll and statutory deductions where required. Support tax preparation and compliance. Maintain proper filing of financial documents. Identify and report financial discrepancies. Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

CPA Level 3 or above is acceptable. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage. Previous accounting experience is preferred. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
