Construction Stage This is where you will deal with him mostContract Administrator's Representative: He issues instructions, drawing updates, RFIs reply on behalf of ClientSite Monitoring: Carry out site inspections to check if work is according to drawings and qualityCoordination: Chairs site meetings, coordinates with other consultantsApproval of Materials: Approve architectural samples, shop drawings, material submissions from youVariation: Evaluates and recommends Variation Orders (VO)Progress Claim: Certifies your progress claim / payment response. 4. Completion Stage Conduct joint inspection for TOP / CSCList defects and issue Architect's Instruction for rectificationCertify Practical Completion, Final Completion and release of retention.
