Accounts Executive cum HR (SME | Full Spectrum)

Job Responsibilities Accounts Handle full set or partial sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing.

Process invoices, payments, receipts and journal entries.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and external stakeholders.

Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with accounting standards.

Human Resources & Administration Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.

Process monthly payroll and maintain employee records.

Handle leave administration, CPF submissions and statutory requirements.

Support recruitment, interview coordination and HR documentation.

Oversee office administration, procurement and general administrative duties.

Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resource, Business Administration or related disciplines.

Minimum  3 years  of relevant experience in both Accounts and HR functions.

Experience working in an SME environment will be an advantage.

Knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF and MOM regulations.

Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsible, organised and able to work independently as the sole Accounts & HR personnel.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
