Job Summary We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and hands-on Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance works at project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction site activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications Coordinate and manage workers and subcontractors to optimize workflow and resource allocation Monitor work progress and quality to maintain compliance with project requirements and standards Identify site issues promptly, coordinate effective solutions, and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure project continuity Maintain workplace safety by enforcing safety protocols and addressing hazards proactively Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, site coordinators, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure efficient and safe construction operations Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
