Primary Responsibility : Coordination and implementation of workplace safety and health requirements on the HDB project site.
Job Scope:
- Coordinate and implement workplace safety and health requirements on-site.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and site safety orientations.
- Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
- Follow up on safety observations, corrective actions and rectification works.
- Assist in incident, accident and near-miss investigations.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports and other WSH documentation.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, site supervisors, subcontractors and relevant parties on safety matters.
- Ensure compliance with MOM, HDB and other relevant workplace safety and health requirements.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid WSH Coordinator (WSHC) certification.
- Relevant experience in construction projects in Singapore.
- HDB project experience is preferred.

- 6 days
- This position will be based/located at the construction site.
