Presales Engineer

Position Title: Presales Engineer Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: Up to 10,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus annual airline ticket. Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description: Gather customer requirements and design suitable data center and enterprise infrastructure solutions. Manage RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, prepare technical proposals, BoQs, solution sizing, and statements of compliance. Conduct technical presentations, support PoCs, and coordinate with vendors/technology partners for solution development. Support costing, tender/bid activities, technical documentation, and project handover. About the Client: A well-established IT company specializing in Technology Solutions & Digital Transformation to businesses.

Qualifications: Male, 40 years old and below Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5–7 years of experience in Presales or a similar/related field, preferably within IT infrastructure solutions. Strong expertise in Data Center Infrastructure, Servers, Storage, SAN/NAS, Networking, Virtualization, Backup & Disaster Recovery, and Cloud/Hybrid Cloud, with experience in solution design, sizing, and BoQ preparation. Proven experience managing RFP/RFQ/RFI, technical proposals, tenders/bids, solution consulting, and vendor/partner coordination, with strong customer-facing and communication skills; banking/financial services experience is preferred.
