Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization. Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and production operations. Ensure optimal plant performance, capacity utilization, downtime reduction, and yield improvement. Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution. Oversee importation logistics for additives, chemicals and raw materials. Optimize supply chain networks and supplier management. Ensure quality assurance, HSE and regulatory compliance. Monitor operational KPIs and drive performance improvements. Oversee operational budgets and cost control. Lead and develop plant, supply chain, logistics and operations teams. Drive talent development, succession planning and workforce optimization. Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, cost control and capital investments.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience A minimum of a degree in a related field
