We're looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs in a vibrant and inclusive school setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, helping children overcome barriers to learning, and celebrating every achievement along the way.

You'll be:

• Supporting children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
• Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals
• Creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment

We're looking for someone who is:

• Caring, patient, and understanding
• Positive and proactive
• Passionate about supporting children with SEN
• Experienced in education, care, support work, or youth work (preferred but not essential)
