Renvyle Hotel Ltd T/A Renvyle House Hotel requires multiple chef de parties for their premises at Renvyle, Renvyle Peninsula, Connemara Loop, Co. Galway, H91 X8Y8. The salary range starts from €36,605 to €56,000 based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Ensure consistency in food presentation.
• Assist with stock control and ordering.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
