Manufacturing Operative

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their skills and progress within a well-established business. Full training will be provided. You’ll learn a range of production techniques and processes while working alongside an experienced team in a positive and welcoming environment. The Role You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations, learning new production techniques and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and to a high standard. We’re looking for someone who is: Reliable, organised and punctual. Enthusiastic and keen to learn. A strong team player with a positive attitude. Practical, hardworking and committed. Able to manage time effectively and follow instructions. Looking to develop a long-term career within manufacturing.
