Quality Engineer (New model)

Your tasks

•Programming and use of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and other tools such as micrometer, microscope, gauges and vernier for measurement of parts. •New model launching and process evaluation. •Prepare and maintain quality control documents such as Inspection Standards, Work Instructions, Control Plans, and FMEA. •Prepare and submit PPAP documents. •Improve process to achieve maximum efficiency. •Involve Process / Machine / Capacity / Quality and Process capability •Control and maintain production process follow company standardization. •Prepare and set up Standard Document and maintain the system. •Responsible for handling customer claims and complaints, coordinating 8D activities, and utilizing quality tools such as the 7 QC Tools, SCAR, and CAR to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions. •Control ECN (Engineering Change Notice) and implement to production line. •Internal & External audit coordinate to achieve follow requirement. •Perform other duties as necessary and any special assignment from QA Manager.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering in any field.
2. Automotive field is must necessary.
3. At least 5 years’ experience in quality assurance field, especially automobile Manufacturing field.
4. Knowledge of Core Tool (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, FMEA), IMDS and GD&T.
5. Understand quality analysis tools such as QC 7 Tools, Fishbone, 5 Why, SPC, MSA, and 8D Report.
6. Skills of parts quality control process, creative inspection method & jig fixture and good detection quality risk.
7. Must be able to use Tooling as CMM, Contour, Profile, Roughness, Roundness tester, Hardness Tester.
8. Computer literacy: MS office, Minitab.
9. Be able to communicate in English.
10. Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF16949 and ISO 14001.
