OPM (Operation PM) (English Chinese speaking)

1.Co-work with PM to follow up the pilot run production and mass production all readiness at transferring projects.

2.To take lead TH side transferring project daily morning meeting with x-function team (NPI/EQ/Mfg/QA), to follow up pilot run status and action list of daily meeting.

3.Monitor Thailand factory side all pilot run readiness (Manpower/machine/material/method)

4.Timely report to DG/TW PM the Thailand pilot run status, high risk, timing escalation.

5.To drive Thailand side relative x-function to improve yield, efficiency, MIL till MP in time.

6.Co-work with VT DG & TW PM team to handle customer visits (most foreign customer) in Thailand factories (logistics, coordinate with TH team to have well preparation for visit)

Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of factory 3C project (keyboard, Mouse, Charger) management experience. Experience in inter-plant (overseas factory) transfer is preferred Have a strong sense of responsibility, risk control, abnormal handling, cross-departmental coordination ability and pressure resistance Ability to report to senior management and clients independently Familiar with office software Have good experience in docking and receiving customers. Fluent in Chinese, English i, able to communicate with foreign customers, Thai language is a plu
