What You’ll Be Doing As a Sales Consultant (Motorrad) , you are responsible in achieving the company’s sales target by selling bikes and providing excellent service to our valued customers. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships

Develop strong product knowledge, including competitor offerings and market trends

Analyse market conditions, including pricing, promotions, and new model launches

Provide professional advice on financing and insurance options to customers

Ensure compliance with LTA procedures (e.g. bidding, retention, scrapping)

Execute the full sales process

Customer engagement and needs assessment

Product recommendation and selection

Negotiation and closing

Delivery, follow-up, and prospecting

Accurate documentation

Uphold professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction at all times

Adhere to company policies and operating procedures

Who We’re Looking For  Minimum O Level with at least 3 years of motorcycle sales experience

Must have a valid Class 2, 2A, 2B driving licence

Strong sales flair and excellent interpersonal skills

Target driven with strong customer service skills
