Data Warehouse and Data Vault Modeler

For a pharmaceutical partner in the Kempen we are looking for a DWH & Data Vault Modeler to analyze business requirements, and translate these requirements in updates to the warehouse structure and specifications for the ETL.

• For the extension of an existing data warehouse (PMO-BI), several source systems and fact tables will need to be added. Analysis of business requirements, and translation of these requirements in updates to the warehouse structure and specifications for the ETL.
• For the same warehouse: possibly, proposal for new structures in light of the improved knowledge around typical queries
• Analysis and design for the warehouse to support GRAMM metrics reporting
• Environment:

• Windows OS + MS Office
• ETL tool : Informatica PowerCenter 8.6 and 9.1
• Cognos 8.4 and 10.1.1 (Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Metrics Studio, Event Studio, Go Office, ...)
• Oracle 10.x and 11 R2 or SQLServer

• Technical experience: SQLServer, Oracle, ETL, Cognos
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and in writing
• Analysis, design of warehouse solutions background (+5 years)
• Capable of performing to the bone analysis in a short time
• Capable of writing precise and complete documentation
• Eager to learn
