Empower Independence:
Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities.
Build Meaningful Connections:
Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.
Promote Safety & Wellbeing:
Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
Collaborate for Impact:
Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care.
Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.
Who You Are:

Total Rewards:
Earn a guaranteed base rate of $15.50/hour, with scheduled pay raises as you hit key milestones and referral bonus opportunities

Schedule:
Monday through Friday:
8 am to 4 pm
10 am to 6 pm (Beginning August 10th, this will become part-time from 2 pm to 6 pm)
