Trade Operations Assistant (Contract/ Renewable)

Our client, an established MNC within the commodity trading space, is currently seeking a Trade Operations Assistant to join their team.

As part of an eight-member team, the Trade Operations Assistant will act as a bridge between Trade Operations and Finance, supporting the transactional aspects of the trading lifecycle. The role will be responsible for raising invoices, preparing payment instructions, maintaining trade documentation and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded within the trading system.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in supporting sales invoices and processing of payments within commodity trading, shipping or logistics industry
• Strong command of English, as the role requires regular liaison with various internal departments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactional work
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
