Engineer (Power Generator Field) $7K – $8.5K / PB + VB (up to 3 months) / Company transport from Pioneer MRT

Key Duties

• Track product performance in the field and recommend improvements to reliability, efficiency, and safety
• Run technical reviews, testing, and validation on new designs
• Lead feasibility studies for new product lines
• Coach engineers and technicians, building a culture of continuous learning
• Make sure all engineering work meets safety, regulatory, and quality requirements
• Follow developments in diesel generation, hybrid power, and BESS — then propose and pilot what's worth adopting
• Assess new products and components along side suppliers and partners
• Provide technical support to sales and business development during client conversations
• Run internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Manage relationships with external vendors and certification bodies

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering (or a related discipline)
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, minimum
• Solid grounding in power generation, energy storage, and power distribution systems
• A track record of leading or guiding engineering teams
• Working knowledge of Singapore safety and regulatory standards is a plus
