The incumbent has contract administration responsibilities for functional areas assigned, contract procurement, administration of Facilities Service Contracts (FSC) and construction task orders, as needed and as workload requirements dictate. Responsible for performing all phases of contract administration “from cradle to grave”, including Multiple Award Construction Contracts, other construction vehicles, and Architect-Engineering Services (AES). Analyzes and evaluates cost and pricing date to determine cost or price reasonableness. Conducts post-award conferences with the contractor to clarify contractual requirements and special provisions. Advises technical representatives on anticipated procurement requirements. Performs all contractual pre-award functions for other service contracts.
