ENGINEERING STAFF

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs for villas, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general building maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and prevent equipment failures.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Ensure all villa facilities, equipment, and utilities are functioning properly before guest check-in.
• Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are required.
• Maintain maintenance records and report completed work to the Villa Manager.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of tools, spare parts, and engineering supplies.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Assist with renovation and improvement projects when required.
• Support the operations team to ensure high standards of villa quality and guest satisfaction.
