Mimi?s is looking for a kitchen manager to join our team! Mimi?s is built on the fundamentals of family and community.

At Mimi?s we are a neighborhood pub and pizzeria. Our food menu is a mixture of shareables, handhelds and of course, Mimi?s famous Pizza! Our drink menu has a variety of beers on tap, wine and cocktails.

We strive to provide top notch customer service that delivers quality and consistency in every visit. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on hospitality and thrives in a fast paced environment.

Position Overview

• We pride ourselves on a team atmosphere!

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation of menu items in accordance with all Mimi?s standards.

• Scheduling of kitchen staff, food costing and inventory management.

• You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard in food safety.

• You will be expected to cook, prep, wash dishes, and help anyway you can to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and maintains the highest level of cleanliness.

• You will be responsible for opening/closing duties.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• You thrive in a team setting

• You have at least a year of kitchen management experience.

• You can think on your feet, embrace change, and roll with the punches.

• You?re reliable.

• You have a strong knowledge of food safety, and a certificate in that area is a giant plus.

• You have enthusiasm and passion.

• Cooking: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification

• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)

What we offer

Pay: $16.98-$25.33 per hour
