Job Descriptions :

• Plan and execute content strategies aligned with company goals and brand identity.
• Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content for digital and offline platforms.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and valuable output.
• Stay updated on industry trends and help differentiate our brand through content.
• Collaborate with marketing and management to support sales and business objectives.
• Produce visually appealing photo content that aligns with our brand.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Communication, Branding, Advertising, or related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, especially in content creation and strategy.
• Strong team player with good multitasking and time management skills.
• Proficient in social media and editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CapCut).
• Skilled in photography with a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy.
• Up to date with the latest B2C and B2B trends and events in Surabaya.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends.
• Able to adapt quickly to new environments.
