I'm looking for experienced engineers who are interested in working on 100% remote software engineering opportunities with US companies and US-based clients - Senior/Staff/Lead level .

The roles we target include AI Engineer (LLMs, RAG, Machine Learning)

Here's how the collaboration works.I work with partners who provide their LinkedIn, and other job platform profiles in the US, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and Estern Europe. My bidders use those profiles to apply for remote engineering positions across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job platforms. When interview opportunities are scheduled, you'll join the hiring process as the engineer. You'll attend the HR, technical, and behavioral interviews.

Before each technical interview, I'll personally help you prepare by reviewing the company, likely interview questions, and During the live coding ( I can help you the technical interview with the remote access ).

My bidders bid and you would handle the interviews - Part-timeYou are not alone during the interview. I'm here to assist you.

These opportunities are highly competitive. Remote positions with US clients commonly pay between $4,000 and $6,000 per month for LATAM-based Senior/Staff, while US-based opportunities often range from $120,000 to $140,000 per year , depending on the client and your experience.

After you're hired, you'll work directly with the client as their software engineer.

You'll handle the technical work, attend meetings, collaborate with the client's team, and perform the day-to-day engineering responsibilities. The compensation model is simple: you receive 20% of the total earnings from each engagement, and we and profile collaborator keep the remaining 80% . Your payment is made in cryptocurrency .

If you take two jobs, your salary can be doubled , plus you will receive a 500 USDT bonus.

Your responsibilities are interviews and development. My responsibility helps you to get the job soon.

Strong software engineering experience 5+ years
