Key responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus and explain menu items, ingredients, and recommendations Take food and beverage orders accurately and input orders into the POS system Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards Ensure guests receive the correct orders and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience Check on guest satisfaction and respond to requests or complaints professionally Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables, dining areas, and service stations Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking service areas
