Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Partner with department managers to understand workforce needs and succession planning requirements.
Monitor hiring metrics and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution matters.
Develop employee engagement programs to improve satisfaction and retention.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement action plans.
Performance Management
Oversee performance appraisal processes and goal-setting programs.
Support managers in performance improvement planning and employee development.
Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Compensation & Benefits
Administer compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Promote continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Oversee HRIS systems and HR reporting activities.
Strategic HR Management
Align HR initiatives with organizational goals and business strategies.
Provide HR guidance and support to senior leadership.
Analyze workforce data and prepare HR metrics reports for decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or MBA with specialization in Human Resources.
Professional certifications such as:
SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP
PHR / SPHR
CIPD
Experience with HR analytics and workforce planning.
Exposure to global HR practices and compliance requirements.
