Soft Services Facility Manager

Supervise daily cleaning and sanitation of offices, lecture halls, labs, restrooms, and common areas.

Manage outsourced housekeeping company and ensure quality standards.

Monitor consumables inventory: soap, tissue, cleaning materials.

Coordinate with university catering providers and campus canteens.

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with university standards.

Manage temporary catering services for workers during construction phase.

Liaise with university security to manage site access for contractors, staff, and students.

Oversee shuttle buses and parking management during expansion works.

Manage visitor registration and contractor permits.

Manage temporary site facilities for engineers and workers: rest areas, prayer rooms, toilets.

Ensure welfare facilities meet company and university HSE standards.

Handle complaints and service requests from university administration.

Support university events, exams, and graduation ceremonies within expansion areas.

Manage contracts with vendors: pest control, waste management, landscaping.

Prepare monthly reports on service performance, budget, and complaints.

Act as the main coordinator between MCC, University Administration, and service providers

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.

5-7 years in Facility Management. 2+ years in Educational, Healthcare, or Large Commercial Projects is preferred.

Experience dealing with universities, government entities, or large campuses is a plus.

Candidates must be residents of Giza Governorate .
