Job Description & Requirements 1st level support to user, identification of problems, recording support tickets, solving simple problems. 24/7 Support & Standby (duty roster) Tracking of helpdesk ticket and provide progress update Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of system Providing technical support and guidance to end user, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
