Job Title: Social Worker - Adults Mental Health - Tameside Location: Tameside Pay Rate: £35/hour

Liquid Personnel is seeking a Social Worker for the Adults Mental Health Team in Tameside. Applicants must have SWE registration, UK work eligibility, a degree in Social Work, and post-qualified 2 years experience.

Requirements for the role:

Experienced adults' social worker with mental health expertise and proficiency in Liquid Logic.

Work collaboratively across disciplines, promoting a needs-based and partnership approach.

Develop support plans, complete assessments, funding applications, and legal reports (CoPDoL, DoLS, 21a, court reports).

Engage individuals with complex needs and support their families and carers under the Care Act.

Assist young people transitioning into adult mental health services.
