Advanced Practitioner - CMHT - Salford

Job Title: Advanced Practitioner - CMHT Location: Salford Pay Rate: £32 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker (Advanced Practitioner) to join a CMHT based in Salford.

What will your responsibilities be?

Provide leadership in social work and social care within the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and across the division.

Carry a reduced caseload to allow for staff supervision, professional development support, and safeguarding oversight.

Lead on adult and child safeguarding, overseeing s.42 enquiries, chairing planning meetings, and ensuring a person-centred approach.

Act as an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) on a rota basis and contribute to the AMHP Manager rota if suitably experienced.

Support the Team Manager in service delivery, promoting high standards of practice and professional development within the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

SWE registration

Eligible to work in the UK

Hold a full UK license

Post-qualified experience

Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
