Job Title: Adult Social Worker - Locality Team Location: Medway (Hybrid) Pay Rate: £38 per hour

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload within Medway’s community social work teams, delivering high-quality, person-centred assessments and interventions. You will apply a strength-based approach through face-to-face visits, guided by the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (MCA), to promote independence and well-being while safeguarding vulnerable adults.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence and be a car driver with business insurance
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
