M&E Project Engineer / Tampines / Up to $5500

Working Days: 5.5-day work week Working Location: Tampines Job Description We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination and execution of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of Mechanical & Electrical systems for engineering projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed within required timelines, budgets and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and review technical information to identify potential issues, risks and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed design drawings, technical specifications and feasibility studies according to project requirements. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. Monitor project progress and address technical or operational issues that may affect project delivery. Ensure project works comply with applicable codes, standards, safety requirements and regulatory requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and respond to project-related technical queries. Prepare quotations and project cost estimates. Monitor project budgets and manage project expenditure.

Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline . Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering/project experience . Experience in Airside project construction will be an added advantage. Good understanding of M&E engineering and construction works. Able to coordinate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. Good technical, problem-solving and project coordination skills. Able to work in a 5.5-day work-week arrangement.
