Full Stack Engineer (Python + Vue)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an international team developing a modern platform supporting data analytics and scientific workflows . In this role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle — from solution design and development to deployment, monitoring, and production support. You will collaborate directly with Product Owners, stakeholders, and end users to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Daily tasks

• Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using Vue 3, TypeScript, and Vuetify
• Design and develop backend services using Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic
• Build and maintain REST/API-based solutions
• Work with PostgreSQL and S3-based data storage
• Develop and operate cloud components on AWS, including Lambda, RDS, S3, Cognito, Step Functions, and ECR
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright, Vitest, and Pytest
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Grafana and AWS CloudWatch
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
• Work closely with Product Owners, end users, and other technical and business stakeholders
• Take ownership of solutions from development through deployment and production support

Requirements

Senior-level experience developing enterprise-grade web applications Strong hands-on experience with Vue 3 and TypeScript Strong experience with Python and FastAPI Practical knowledge of SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, and Alembic Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and database schema migrations Hands-on experience with AWS , particularly Lambda, RDS, S3, Cognito, Step Functions, and ECR Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, GitHub, and DevOps practices Experience with application monitoring and troubleshooting Ability to work across the full SDLC , from solution design to production support Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills and experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field Nice to have Experience with data analytics or scientific software Experience working with laboratory systems, chromatography, or pharmaceutical R&D Knowledge of GxP, compliance, or other regulated environments Experience working with scientific or research-oriented workflows
