ผู้จัดการแผนกควบคุมคุณภาพ (Quality Control Section Manager)

Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System

• Manage and oversee the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with international standards (ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3 in advantage)
• Define annual quality policies, targets, and action plans
• Prepare, review, and approve quality documents, reports, and standard specifications
• Review and approve quality standards for products and raw materials

1. Production Quality Control

• Plan, monitor, and evaluate quality control processes in the production line
• Analyze statistical data to identify problem trends and implement preventive/corrective actions
• Manage non-conforming products according to established procedures

1. Customer Support

• Act as the primary representative for coordinating quality matters with customers
• Analyze and respond to customer complaints effectively, as well as prepare 8D/CAPA reports
• Participate in customer audits and provide quality-related information

1. People Management & Development

• Manage, plan, and develop the competency of personnel within the QC team
• Prepare and execute quality training plans for relevant departments
• Evaluate performance and provide counseling/mentoring to subordinates
• Plan manpower requirements and manage employee retention

1. Continuous Improvement

• Lead and support quality improvement projects (Kaizen, Six Sigma, DMAIC, etc.)
• Analyze the Cost of Quality (COQ) and propose plans to reduce unnecessary costs
• Manage the QC department's budget effectively.

Qualifications: Open to all genders, Thai nationality and aged 34 and above Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science/Engineering, or other related fields Solid experience in Quality Control, with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA6.3 or other relevant international standards Knowledge of statistics and quality tools (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D) Understanding of manufacturing processes in the electronics industry will be highly advantageous Ability to analyze data and present performance results, combined with strong decision-making and analytical thinking skills Excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good command of English in reading, writing, and communication (Korean language proficiency will be considered a special advantage).
