Senior Product Manager, ROI Platform

Accountabilities: Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the ROI platform, including shared services, integrations, and foundational data systems.

Define and prioritize platform capabilities that enable multiple product teams and business units to deliver value at scale.

Partner with engineering to ensure platform reliability, performance, scalability, observability, and uptime across critical systems.

Drive continuous improvement of core systems such as Healthsource, data models, and integration frameworks.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences stakeholders to align priorities and business needs.

Translate complex technical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear product strategy and execution plans.

Define and track key platform health metrics, including system availability, incident recovery times, and integration performance.

Identify opportunities for platform modernization, automation, and AI-enabled enhancements to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Communicate roadmap priorities and platform strategy clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Enable multiple product teams by delivering scalable infrastructure, APIs, and shared capabilities that accelerate innovation.

Requirements

5–7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform products, infrastructure systems, or shared enterprise capabilities.

Strong experience working with engineering teams on complex systems such as APIs, data platforms, integrations, or distributed architectures.

Proven ability to define product strategy and translate stakeholder needs into scalable, executable roadmaps.

Experience working in healthcare, health tech, or other regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, or government is strongly preferred.

Strong analytical skills with experience using data to prioritize initiatives and measure product performance.

Demonstrated success managing cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams.

Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous environments with multiple dependencies and competing priorities.

Strong understanding of platform product principles including scalability, reliability, observability, and system design tradeoffs.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership.

Interest in healthcare data systems, compliance environments, and large-scale information exchange platforms.
