Maps Personalization Relevance Rater - English

Accountabilities: As a Maps Personalization Relevance Rater, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing personalized search results and location recommendations. You will analyze suggested places and determine their relevance based on user context, previous activity, and defined project guidelines.

Review search queries and personalized results generated from user activity history.

Evaluate recommended places, such as restaurants and locations, based on relevance and usefulness.

Rate the accuracy and quality of personalized recommendations.

Apply evaluation guidelines consistently to complete tasks with precision.

Provide insights that contribute to improving digital mapping and search experiences.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable making decisions based on context and relevance. This role requires strong digital literacy, the ability to follow structured guidelines, and an interest in improving AI-powered experiences.

Must be located in Canada and have the legal right to work in the country.

Native or fluent proficiency in English (Canada).

Must have an existing, actively used Gmail account with prior Google Maps usage history.

Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

Ability to evaluate information objectively and identify relevant recommendations.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Access to a desktop or laptop computer for the application and onboarding process (mobile devices are not supported).

Availability to participate in a limited number of project rounds, with assignments provided based on project needs.
